Smoothies are not only frickin’ delicious, but they are a convenient way to add essential nutrients, fiber, and proteins into a diet, which is why I make smoothies a part of my daily diet, and sometimes it even serves as a meal replacement on busy days.
I often get asked about ab workout routines and regimes, and I’ve always said abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

Over the years of trying hundreds of recipes, I’ve narrowed down the favorites that have helped me and others maintain a flat stomach. But first, let’s talk about your blender.

Using the wrong blender can totally take the joy out of making smoothies, especially when there are multiple pieces that need to be assembled and/or detached for cleaning, or when you have blades that just aren’t powerful enough to crush ice or frozen fruits. Banana and Spinach Smoothie – Debloats Your Stomach
A potassium rich smoothie that’s does wonders for your belly.
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 sliced apple
- Unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
Bananas with Almond Butter – Protein Packed
A delicious protein packed smoothie that fits into any keto diet
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cups of raw almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed powder
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Add raw organic honey to taste
Banana, Coconut and Cinnammon – Fight Inflammation
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- Unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup almonds
Blueberry Avocado – Trust me on this one!
An unusual combination that actually taste good
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 whole avocado
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of spinach
- Unsweetened almond milk
Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie – Can’t go wrong here
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed powder
- Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
Banana, Kiwi and Kale – Antioxidant Rich
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 2 cup of kale
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Unsweetened almond milk
