Smoothies are not only frickin’ delicious, but they are a convenient way to add essential nutrients, fiber, and proteins into a diet, which is why I make smoothies a part of my daily diet, and sometimes it even serves as a meal replacement on busy days.

  5. 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk

Bananas with Almond Butter – Protein Packed

  1. 3 frozen bananas
  2. 1/2 cups of raw almond butter
  3. 1 tablespoon of flax seed powder
  4. Unsweetened almond milk
  5. Add raw organic honey to taste

  5. 2 tablespoons of cacao powder

Banana, Kiwi and Kale – Antioxidant Rich

  3. 2 cup of kale
  4. 1/4 cup of walnuts
  5. 1 cup apple juice
  6. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  7. Unsweetened almond milk
