Anyone who follows my social media accounts knows by now that I’m obsessed with health and nutrition. Smoothies are not only frickin’ delicious, but they are a convenient way to add essential nutrients, fiber, and proteins into a diet, which is why I make smoothies a part of my daily diet, and sometimes it even serves as a meal replacement on busy days.

I often get asked about ab workout routines and regimes, and I’ve always said abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.
